Correction to FSPI MLB Team Index levels for October 1, 2026.
The index levels published at 9:00 AM CT on October 2 for the CME FSPI MLB Philadelphia Phillies Index (MLBPHI) and the CME FSPI MLB Atlanta Braves Index (MLBATL) for the October 1 Calculation Day were incorrect and were corrected at 10:29 AM CT.
MLBPHI was published at 8,430.5 and corrected to 8,351.0. MLBATL was published at 9,161.5 and corrected to 9,178.0.
The error arose from the September 30 game between the two teams being counted a second time in the prior index level and did not affect any other index or Calculation Day.
The correction was made under the FSPI Index Maintenance, Error Management, and Methodology Changes procedures.
